Rainbow Fursuit Design

This is my own Rainbow/rave fursuit design.
I cannot make it therefore i am looking for someone who can make create. Note: atm i do not have paypal thanks to parents, i do not have a bank account thanks to parents. but in next few months i SHOULD have an bank account.

I plan to wear this fursuit at the anthrocon in Yittsbrough, PA next year. For im going to Defqon 1 this year and wont have the time nor money to go to both.
